What this statement refers to is that your spirit is yourself first and foremost, The energetic body controls everything you do in life and everything happens to your energetic self first. Your soul contracted then universe to line within your current body in order to fulfill a life mission. So in essence the soul will allow experiences to happen to the mind and then the physical body. What you let in spiritually with have effects and will affect the mind or the body. And it is the spirit who can relinquish the effects of the mind and the body.Because your spirit has universal knowledge, we as humans must remember how to tap into the higher energetic self to learn about the life mission, understanding of the mind and body. Using tools and practices you can master techniques to allow this communication to happen, learn to “hear, see, and feel” the signs that your spirit is telling you.
You can also learn how to communicate with other dimensional beings such as loved ones passed to the other side, as they have returned to spirit form.
